Alternate VSS input issue
I have entered the correct gearing for this car (BMW). It will display the speed from the alternate speed input but launch control will not disengages and I have no VTEC

Re: Alternate VSS input issue
The datalog you have posted does not show any VSS activity. Datalog again and post the datalog and the calibration it was made with.
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
That's picture is from the datalog I posted. It says 0mph on vss but it shows up under vss input just like in the picture.
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
If there is no vss showing in the actual datalog and you are having issues with the VTEC and launch control, then the ECU is not seeing the vss signal.
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
Why is it showing up under vss input then?
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
It's not in the datalog you have posted.
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
Can you explain what this is?
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
Sorry, I tried to attach a picture. Can you explain why I can see a VSS input like in the picture I posted. The MPH is even correct
Re: Alternate VSS input issue
I cannot, as you are not getting a vss signal in the actual datalog, so the ECU cannot see this signal.
