Throttle BUG in FlashPro Manager 4.7.4.0

I found what appears to be a bug in FlashPro Manager 4.7.4.0.
In the Modifications list, all Throttle Sensitivity options are checked by default, and they cannot be unchecked. This means it's not possible to select only one throttle sensitivity option as intended.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can someone confirm whether this is a bug in version 4.7.4.0?
I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.
