Hi, ok so ive sorted my last problem, and got autotune working, but when i press the autotune button, it adjusts the fuel value at 40% more throttle position than where the throttle is, or where the red box is on the table is! i'm completely stumped. the s300 can see where the throttle really is, as the datalogging box moves around correctly, but it adjusts 40% further up the table??
Any help appreciated,

It probably is adjusting based on the MAP sensor rather than the TPS. I'll look into it.
