Is it possible to have pressure values added to the Gear Compensation parameter. For example, I want to reduce timing in first and second gear but not all the time only when boost is over 5 PSI. This is for traction purposes reducing power in these gears. Thanks!

You can do this using a nitrous output. Set up an nitrous output with an always on input, a maximum speed for 2nd gear, no fuel change and some ignition retard.

But a lot of factors matter like if I change gear early. Hmmmm, I'll see how it works out.
