Datalogging not working

This is my first time using a Hondata. I purchased the S200B with datalogging option. The problem i'm having is that it's not recording any data. I double check the all connections between the interface box and the ecu and everything looks ok. Any suggestions?, i read the Hondata installation manual and did everything by the book...
