k20a itr tune

can i use the k20a itr flash program (not the regular k20a2) if i have a injen intake, tanabe exaust, and get the itr cams. how will the program be affected in the future when i get an exaust header or manifold, will it have to be reprogrammed. just wondering if the intake, header, and cams with the k20a flash will work well for me. also i will be replacing my bent valves with revs valves.
