My customer told his car wont start after reprogramming with FlashPro.
His car is JDM Type R, ECU is RRC.
I think his ECU hasn't reprogrammed, just stock.

Should I tell him to do "send information"?

I'm wondering if there were any error when reprogramming and lose all inside the flash memory.
Can FlashPro recover from program failure status?

He needs to try programmaing it again or try returning it to stock, then see if it will start.
