The FlashPro security password can be reset by sending a reset code to the registered email address or the register phone number as a SMS message. You will need an internet connection to reset the password.
1. Select Reset Security Password in the Registered Owner tab of the FlashPro window
2. Select either email or phone to receive the reset code.
3. Enter the 5 digit code from the email or text message.
4. Leave the new password blank to remove the password otherwise enter a new security password.
