Tuning troubleshooting

Problem: 99-00 Civic Ex/Si hard start after filling up fuel tank.

Solution: 1. Jumper A4 (VSV) and A6 (PCS) (OBDII pin numbers used). 2. Remove the line that connects the PCS valve to the canister. 3. Use a vacuum cap on the PCS.
