S300 I (green) does not store any user information.

S300 II (red) & III (white) stores user information (name, email, VIN, phone, address) which is encrypted.

Owner Information is stored on the S300 only.   It is not stored elsewhere.

 

Security Password

The security password is stored on the S300 only. It is not stored elsewhere.

 

Registration

•Device information (serial number) is sent to Hondata.  This is stored by Hondata.
•The following personal is sent to Hondata: name, email, phone, address.  This information is used for registration verification only and not stored.
•Strong encryption is used for communications.

 

CCPA

Hondata is not covered under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

From owner information and registration entry.

Data is retained only long enough to process the registration (typically less than a second).
