A Dealer FlashPro is a special type of FlashPro which allows multiple vehicles to be tuned from one FlashPro.
Each Dealer FlashPro is associated with a Hondata Dealer account which contains a number of licenses. These licenses can be purchased in advance or on-line as needed. When a vehicle is reflashed, if the vehicle has not been reflashed before, you are prompted to use one unused license for that vehicle ('licensing the vehicle'). If the vehicle has been reflashed before, then you just need to transfer the license from your on-line account to the FlashPro ('transferring the license'). Once the license has been transfer, it will stay in the FlashPro until another vehicle is reflashed.

Do I need an internet connection when re-flashing the vehicle?
No, only when you first license the vehicle or transfer the license to the vehicle.
What vehicles can I reflash?
Any vehicle which has a FlashPro available for it.
Do I need a different Dealer FlashPro for each vehicle type?

Can I have more than one Dealer FlashPro (eg physical locations owned by the same legal entity)?
No, this is not possible now.
Do I need a license to re-flash a vehicle which was flashed by someone else?

Can I unlock the FlashPro from a vehicle and recover the license?

What do I do if I lose my Dealer FlashPro?
Contact Hondata immediately. The old FlashPro can be deactivated and existing licenses can be transferred to a new FlashPro.
